A.  We serve Middlesex county and the surrounding communities of central connecticut.

 Q.  Do you have homecare professionals around the clock?

A.  Yes, we have homecare professionals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Depending on your needs we have hourly care and live-in.

 Q.  How do I know that my loved one is in good hand?

A.  Our caregivers are experienced and well trained. We do extensive criminal background check and employment references. We also ensure that they have a passion in caring for people in general.

 Q.  Can I interview the caregiver before he/she is assigned to us?

A.  We usually assign a caregiver who will be compatible based on your care plan. If you desire, you will have the opportunity to interview the caregiver.  

Q.  Do you carry hospital beds and other power equipment?

A.  We carry a full line of items from diapers, diabetes supplies to hospital beds. We represent several fine manufacturers and wholesalers.

Q.  Do you deliver orders to the client directly?

A.  Yes! we ship directly to our clients' residence. We also deliver and help set up durable medical equipment orders.
